These beautiful illustrations of a post apocalyptic Paris are from the French comic book series Les Eaux de Mortelune by Philippe Adamov. I don't think that there is an English edition.

British Post Apocalyptic Scene

Devil's Playground (2010) is a post apocalyptic movie were the world is overrun by zombies. A hardened mercenary is chasing the one person who can provide a cure. Sure not a great movie but because it's British the scenery is London.
